1. Services

Papua Kreatif provides event organizer (EO), wedding organizer (WO), and event equipment rental services in the Papua region. Each service is delivered according to the agreement set out in the contract or cooperation agreement signed by both parties.

2. Booking

A booking is considered valid after:

• Both parties sign the contract / cooperation agreement
• A down payment (DP) of at least 50% of the total contract value has been received
• The DP is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract

3. Payment

• Minimum 50% DP at contract signing
• Full settlement no later than H-7 before the event
• Payments are made to official accounts shared privately at booking confirmation
• Payment channels: bank transfer or QRIS; alternative gateways are available

4. Concept Changes

Concept changes or additional items may be made no later than H-14 before the event. Changes after this deadline incur additional charges under the applicable policy.

5. Cancellation by the Client

• Cancellation H-14 or earlier: the paid DP cannot be refunded
• Cancellation H-7 to H-13: a charge of 50% of the total contract applies
• Cancellation H-6 or later: a charge of 75% of the total contract applies
• Cancellation H-1 or on the event day: a charge of 100% of the total contract applies

6. Cancellation by Papua Kreatif

In force majeure conditions (natural disasters, social conflict, pandemics, or government policies preventing the event), Papua Kreatif may cancel the event with a full refund or a reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Liability

• Papua Kreatif is responsible for event delivery according to the agreed contract
• Papua Kreatif is not liable for losses from late invited guests, weather changes, or matters beyond our control
• The client is responsible for the accuracy of data provided (guest count, event time, location, etc.)
• The client is responsible for crowd permits and required permit documents

8. Copyright & Documentation

All photo and video documentation taken by the Papua Kreatif team during the event is the copyright of Papua Kreatif. The client receives a licence for personal use. Papua Kreatif may use documentation for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless requested otherwise in writing by the client.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will first be resolved by deliberation. If no agreement is reached, the parties agree to settle through the Jayapura District Court under applicable Indonesian law.

10. Changes to Terms

Papua Kreatif may change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced via this website.
