Deposit, final payment, cancellation, and booking conditions are confirmed for each engagement in the written offer and contract. A booking is authorised only after the agreed approvals and payment conditions are satisfied. Official payment instructions are shared privately through verified billing documents.

Three to six months before the event is recommended. Last-minute bookings can be processed depending on schedule availability.

Excluded items may include venue, travel and mobilisation, accommodation, overtime, and out-of-scope requests. Any applicable tax and payment terms are confirmed in the written offer or contract before acceptance.
