How much does a wedding package in Jayapura cost?

VICCA SERA offers four tiers: SKYLINE (200 pax, IDR 110M), CYCLOOP (300 pax, IDR 125M), NUMBAY (400 pax, IDR 145M), YOUTEFA (500 pax, IDR 175M). Prices are all-in estimates, including PPN 12%, excluding venue.

Can the package be customised to my budget?

Yes. You can adjust services within each package or choose a lower tier and add specific services. Discuss your needs with the VICCA SERA team for a package that fits your budget.

How does wedding payment work?

A 50% deposit confirms the booking (non-refundable). The balance is due H-7 before the event. Payment is by bank transfer or QRIS; exact account details are shared privately for security.

Do you serve weddings outside Jayapura?

Yes. VICCA SERA serves weddings across Papua and West Papua. For locations outside Jayapura there is an additional crew transport and accommodation cost based on the location.

How far in advance should I book?

At least two weeks before the event date. For high season (June–September, December) booking one to three months ahead is recommended for better venue and vendor availability.

What is the difference between SKYLINE, CYCLOOP, NUMBAY, and YOUTEFA?

They differ in capacity and completeness: SKYLINE (200 pax, intimate), CYCLOOP (300 pax, classic + pre-wedding), NUMBAY (400 pax, grand + drone), YOUTEFA (500 pax, ultimate + live streaming). All packages include decoration, catering, MC, standard documentation, and a wedding coordinator.
