Papua Kreatif provides event support for government and institutional requirements through event coordination, technical production, venue flow, documentation, and support within scope. Protocol, regulatory, procurement, location, and technical requirements must be confirmed for each event and are not assumed to be the same across institutions.

- Can production support be requested on its own?
- Yes. Scope can be limited to specific technical or production requirements without taking over the full organiser function.
- How do we keep the scope from overlapping?
- Separate PICs, deliverables, deadlines, access, technical needs, and approvals in the briefing and scope of work before production begins.
